Notre Dame Academy is a private school and operates solely on tuition and fundraising.
Therefore, it is imperative that tuition be kept up to date in order for the school to meet its financial obligations.

The Board of Trustees of Notre Dame Academy has set the following tuition for the
2025-2026 Early Childhood / Elementary School Year:

Tuition Payment
All tuition is paid through FACTS Tuition Management Company. The following plans are available:
PLAN A ($25 Enrollment Fee): One payment due July 2025 (Reduction of $250.00 on total tuition & fees)
PLAN B ($25 Enrollment Fee): Two payments due July 2025 and January 2026
PLAN C ($55 Enrollment Fee): Four payments due July 2025, September 2025, November 2025, and January 2026

- Grades Pre-K3 through 8th - A non-refundable registration deposit of $1,500 is required, which is credited towards tuition.
Annual Fees:
General Fee: The General Fee for the 2025-2026 school year will be $750 for a family with one child in the school in grades Pre-K3 through 8. This fee is non-refundable after September 30th of each year and includes Parent Guild membership, recess and lunch coverage, support for school community events, curriculum upgrades, health & wellness initiatives, Christmas teacher gifts from families, student accident insurance, academic resources including planners, workbooks and classroom materials for special classes, and Middle States accreditation and membership.
Technology Fee: The Technology Fee is $300 per student in grades K through 8. This fee is non-refundable after September 30th of each year.
Chromebook Fee: The Chromebook Fee is $100-$140 per student in grades 6, 7, & 8 as a part of the lease-to-own program. This cost includes the required software and administrative control licenses. After these three payments, the student may keep the Chromebook upon graduation. This fee is non-refundable.

- The youngest child attending NDA, PK3 and older, will pay full tuition, and the discount is given to the older child.
- Discount will apply to both schools of the Academy (for example, it would apply if you have children in the early childhood, elementary/middle and high school).
- Discount will be automatically calculated by FACTS as follows:
