Ms. Huben is a lifelong Staten Island resident and graduate of St. Peter’s High School for Girls. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology as well as her Master of Science Degree in Education from St. John’s University, Staten Island campus. She began work at Notre Dame Academy High School as the College Counselor in 2017. In College Guidance, the focus is on finding the best possible pathways for Notre Dame Academy students to pursue their post-secondary educations and future careers. She is currently pursuing permanent certification as a School Counselor for the state of New York.
At Notre Dame Academy, Ms. Huben is the moderator of the Criminology Club, where students discuss various topics ranging from forensic science to fingerprinting, to true-crime cases and everything in between. Ms. Huben has also been fortunate to co-chaperone the most recent school trips with her fellow faculty.
Ms. Huben thoroughly enjoys her work at Notre Dame Academy and being a liaison for upperclassmen in their pursuit of a better and brighter future.
