Please complete the form below to register for Notre Dame Academy's 7th Grade Spring Open House on Tuesday, May 12th from 3:30-5:30PM at NDA High School (134 Howard Avenue).

This is a special event for current 7th grade students only. Parents should drop off their students at 3:30pm at the Arts & Humanities Building (134 Howard Avenue) and arrive by 5:30pm at the same location for pick up.
